We are a growing community of women from North Platte, Wellfleet, and surrounding Nebraska towns who share a simple goal: to connect, support each other, and celebrate the beautiful, small moments that make life truly special.
Here, it doesn’t matter what your background is or where you’re from. Whether you’re new to the area or have lived here your whole life, whether you’re a crafter, a foodie, a movie lover, or someone who just wants to find a circle of friends — you belong here. Our gatherings are casual and fun, focused on doing simple things that bring us joy: crafting nights, movie marathons, recipe swaps, nature walks, book clubs, and so much more!

Why This Group
Was Created
When I first moved here, I found myself feeling isolated and lonely — no close friends nearby, and life sometimes felt a little empty. I realized I wasn’t alone in feeling this way, and I wanted to create a safe, welcoming space where women could come together to share laughter, experiences, and friendship. Girls of the Good Life is that space!
As the owner and host, I’m so happy to open my home here in Wellfleet for 2-3 monthly events, where we come together in person to create, share, and build lasting friendships. These gatherings are the heart of our community, a cozy space where everyone can feel at ease and truly be themselves.
